Need to return something?

  1. Pack it well
    Take your time and pack everything carefully. Remove old labels and barcodes from the shipping box.
  2. Fill out the return form
    Fill out the return form and put into the shipping box.
    You cannot print the return form? Use a sheet of paper instead.
    The product was delivered by a forwarding agency? Please contact our customer service.
  3. Attach the return label
    Attach a proper return label with good and visible return address, to the shipping box or load it onto your smartphone and take it to the local post service.

  4. Take the package to the postal service
    Take the package to the postal service and send it to us.
    We will confirm the successful processing of your return via e-mail. A refund will be directed to the payment method used for the purchase after the returned good has been inspected and reviewed and the condition is good/as new.

 
 

Warranty claims – We’ll solve them!

  1. Please contact our customer service
    “We” means: VIKING PADEL together with you. We aim for a good solution with you. To do so, we ask for a thorough description of the problem, documented with a photo or video. If you do have a preferred solution, we want to know it.

    We will then contact the manufacturer and request for the solution to the incident. We will communicate with you about the resolution options and suggestions.
